1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Konnect application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use Konnect. By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. User Account
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Konnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with suspicious or unauthorized activity.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use Konnect for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
5. Payments & Transactions
All transactions are subject to verification and approval. Incorrect or failed transactions may be reversed or delayed. Konnect is not responsible for bank or third-party payment failures.
6. Data & Privacy
User data is handled according to the Konnect Privacy Policy. We may collect basic information for service improvement and security testing. No guarantee is provided for uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable)
Konnect offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. There is no free plan available.
- Subscription Price: Displayed in-app at the time of purchase.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your selected plan.
- Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Cancellation: Cancelling a subscription will stop future renewals. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws or platform policies.
- Platform Responsibility: Subscription payments and renewals are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Konnect does not store or process your payment details directly.
8. Additional Features (Add-ons)
Konnect may offer additional features or enhancements ("Add-ons") that are available to users with an active subscription.
- Subscription Dependency: Add-ons require an active subscription to function. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to any purchased add-ons will also be revoked.
- No Independent Access: Add-ons do not provide standalone access and cannot be used without an active subscription.
- Billing: Any charges for add-ons will be processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Non-Transferable: Add-ons are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.
- Refund Policy: Purchases of add-ons are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
9. Service Availability
Konnect services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Such interruptions do not constitute liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Konnect shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business due to service usage
- Errors caused by user input or third-party services
11. Termination
Konnect may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice if Terms & Conditions are violated.
12. Modifications
Konnect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
